Gentle Cesarean

Often referred to as a natural caesarean, a gentle c-section is a procedure that makes a caesarean feel less like a major abdomen surgery and more like a vaginal delivery.

The surgery is the same. It’s more of an attitude change!

Here we try to make the to be parents as comfortable as possible by trying to mimic a vaginal birth. Some of the techniques used are:

• Mother can see the baby being delivered by dropping the curtain.
• Delayed cord clamping
• Letting the husband cut the cord
• Skin to skin
• Vaginal seeding (on Parents request )
